2004-06-14 - 7:25 p.m. i spent three nights and two and a half days with mom this past week. it was nice and relaxing....especially when i get to cook everything! i am talking delish cod, soy-ginger marinated veggie kabobs, and pasta salad. all this followed by a couple of beers and card playing with the aunt, uncle, cousins, and mom. clean, wholesome fun! in other news... some exciting things coming up, and i can't fucking wait! 1. i am getting a new mattress tomorrow. they are delivering it too. it's about fucking time....i could feel the springs of my old mattress springs digging uncomfortably into my back. 2. i am housesitting for my manager on starting on thursday for a week. he lives in a really nice apartment...and he has gorgeous plants, a gorgeous yard, and gorgeous fish, all of which i am in charge of. not to mention getting the mail, of course. he said i can hang out there, and snoop around, and find out a lot of things i didn't know about him. i am not sure if i want to know these things of which he speaks. after all, he was mr. leather minnesota '97 or something like that. 3. thursday, thursday, thursday! we are taking mescaline....should be fun. i am cleaning my room in lieu of this event. 4. i am finally not funemployed anymore. i am kinda sad about it, but happy since i will have more to do than wander the streets high and listening to my discman. busy week coming up here folks, and i can't even explain how nice it is to be able to tell you all about it and seemingly have you care. peace out!
